When deciding to include a blog as part of my Mums Card website, my thinking was that a web destination where Mums and carers could share their thoughts and ideas would be great. The number of times that I have searched the internet for the answer or inspiration for a problem or challenge that I was having with my kids – I hope that my Mums Blog can help with some answers, and a little inspiration…no matter how small.
Our Mums Blog topics will include family friendly recipes, books, places and activities…and I guess anything else that comes up along the way. You are welcome to add comments and other useful tips and ideas related to any of my topics.
My story – I am a ‘stay at home Mum’ and a ‘work from home Mum’ with 2 young boys – 2.5 yrs and 1yr. It is a pretty busy household with two little men so close together, but also always colourful and usually fun. As a family we love getting out and about. As a Mum I love the fun parts of Mum – playing, teaching, laughing, cuddling – and try to avoid the hard parts - tears, whining, snot, cooking. These like and dislikes will be what drives the contents for my Mums Blog!
