My slow cooker has once again excelled… with very little input by me an amazing delicious dish, that has received LOTS of praise!!
Beef Bourguignon
350g Shallots
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2kg Gravy beef, trimmed & chopped coarsely
30g Butter
4 rindles bacon rashes, chopped coarsely
